I believe 24 was also cancelled. Shame about FlashForward - it had gotten so much better after that mid-season break ... ah well, I guess. Still got Fringe ...

Lost

Lost is a huge hit around the world. Mainly because of the suspence. Most fans left after the first couple of seasons because it was too wierd, too many questions and no answers. They should stop soon because they are running out of storyline and introducing characters that don't really have a big impression on you. The  storyline is basically survivors from a plane crash land on a tropical island inhabitaded by others. The others are organised and a threat to the survivors. Monsters, polar bears on a tropical island? They went that far and still haven't explained how they are there or why. My faviorate character is Locke. Desmond and Hurley are cool as well.

Night at the museum

Night of the museum is a simple story. Everything comes alive at night. Its a comedy, the  main actor is Ben Stiller, there are a few well known actors in it such as Owen Willson, Ricky Gervais and others. Rule number one when you are a watchman from a museum don't let anything out. If you do then they vanish at sun set. Leaving you fired. Overall it was not  bad some funny parts.

Steve Irwin

I  did not have  the blog when steve Irwin died on 4th September 2006 . So I decided to do it now. Steve Irwin was also known as the crocodile hunter. He was an austrilain wild life expert that tried to film and help wild and dangerous animals. He was killed by a stingray while making his documentary called Oceans deadliest. He had a wife called Terri, a daughter Bindi and a son Robert.
He made "crikey" a worldwide catch phrase.

The hobbit

The hobbit is the prelude to the Lord of the rings. It is about  Bilbo baggins. A hobbit is a small person, who lives in a burrow and eats frequently. The story line is basicaly dwarves wanting their gold back. Easy except that is guarded by Smaug . He is a dragon who loves shiny things. The dwarves need a theif. Which brings us to Bilbo. The book was writen by J.R.R. Tolkien.

Quote of the day

"Well this is a piece of advice my father gave to me. This refers not only to lagging, but all forms of insulation: he said "dont ever"...no, wait, it was "always"...no, "never" - oh, I forgot. Never mind. Whats your favourite humming noise? Would it be mmm-mmmmm or would it be mmmm-mm? The first one there, now thats the sound of a fridge; and the second one, thats the sound of a man humming. You never hear a woman humming. I knew a woman once, but she died soon afterwards. Now if you push me to it, I'd have to say my favourite colour is grey. No, blue. A soft blue with a hint of grey. No, orange. Yes, orange. I remember now. Now, I had an extension put on the house, and I put it on the extension, so the house is in a circle now, you see...
